Kama Timbrell is a publicist, social media manager, and digital marketer with two decades of experience. Jennifer Musico is a veteran publicist with over a decade of experience working with clients to help expand their media platform and promote their brand. Kim Kasow has two decades experience in graphic design, working in both the promotional and editorial sides of publishing. Kim works closely with clients in a variety of industries such as healthcare, real estate, accounting, pension consulting as well as more esoteric areas such as playwriting and massage therapy to provide not only effective web design that is current with ever-changing web standards, but also everything else that is crucial to getting clients up and running on the web such as researching web addresses and helping clients set up their web hosting.
Previously, Kim served as art director at Scholastic Inc.’s Classroom Magazines Creative Services. She was a designer in both editorial and promotional divisions at Condé Nast Publications for Glamour, Self, Vanity Fair, House & Garden, and Brides magazines.
Mysia Haight is a seasoned, prolific writer of press kit materials and marketing copy. A publishing industry veteran, she works with major houses, including AMACOM Books, HarperCollins, and Simon & Schuster, as well as PR firms. Over her 20-plus year career, she has worked on books of every genre, from business to mystery, from self-help to history, and with noted authors from management guru Henry Mintzberg to New York Times bestselling novelist John Hart. Beyond books, Mysia creates web copy and professional bios for performing artists, educators, entrepreneurs, and small business owners. She has also ghostwritten editorials, book proposals, and blog posts.
Mysia has worked in-house as a publicist for Warner Books, Dell, and New American Library, and as publicity manager for The Free Press. She began her career as a local news reporter for radio stations in Beacon and Poughkeepsie, New York.
Mysia earned her B.A. in English and Communication Arts, summa cum laude, from MSMC, a private liberal arts college in the Hudson Valley. Over the years, she has taken a variety of professional development courses from NYU, Mediabistro, and other organizations. An advocate for adoption, a licensed resource parent, and a cool mom, she juggles meeting the needs of her clients with managing the demands of teenagers.
Ken Jirikowic is an experienced web and print copywriter who over the course of the last 25 years has worked with clients including AT&T, National Geographic, Citibank, and Toshiba.
Most recently, he has provided copy for health care concerns like New York Presbyterian, Mt. Sinai, and New York Cornell health, converting complex information regarding medical therapies and technologies into concise, promotional narratives that can be directed at medical professionals, consumers, or both. The range of treatments covered by Ken has ranged from heart and liver transplantations to HIV/AIDs care.
